Change of mind

  • Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we don’t have to offer refunds or replacements if you simply change your mind.

  • For custom-made products, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.

  • For 3D printing filament, we offer a 7-day exchange. You can swap for a different colour or filament type upto the origional value, as long as the item is unused and still in its original packaging.

Faulty or Defective Products
If there’s a problem with your product:

  1. Contact us straight away.

  2. Help us verify the issue.

  3. Return the item to us.

  4. We’ll refund or replace it.

  • For custom-made items, please allow extra time while we produce your replacement.

  • If you’re unsure whether your item is defective, please reach out—we’ll be happy to help.

Proof of Purchase
Please keep your receipt, as we’ll need it to process any returns or exchanges.
