ABS-FR (Flame Retardant) - Black

ABS-FR is a specialised ABS compound formulated to inhibit ignition and self-extinguish when exposed to flame. Built for functional, safety-critical applications, it maintains the proven strength and heat resistance of conventional ABS while delivering improved flame-retardant performance. This makes it well suited to electrical enclosures, automotive parts, and industrial prototypes that require flame-tested or compliance-driven materials. When aditional compliance matters our ABS-FR is UL94 V-0 rated.

Recommended Print Settings

• Hotend Temperature: 230–250°C
• Heated Bed Temperature: 100–120°C
• Recommended Speed: 40–200mm/s
• Enclosure Required
• Hardened Nozzle Not Required
• Drying Settings: 60–80°C for 4–6 hours
