Shipping policy
Postage costs are determined by several factors, including the size and weight of your order and the destination. Because these variables can make shipping complex, we offer flat-rate postage on most personalised items to provide a simple and hassle-free experience.
Express Post is available when you need your items fast. This service includes the Australia Post Express Post guarantee*. If your Express Post parcel is not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe, we will refund the postage cost. Express Post fees are based on Australia Post Express Post rates plus a small handling fee. Refunds can only be issued once Australia Post has completed their investigation and may exclude handling fees.
*Please note that the Express Post guarantee only applies to postage time only and does not include the manufacturing or personalisation time required for your order. If you need your item urgently, please contact us to discuss options.
For 3D printing filament orders, we provide shipping options through Australia Post and other carries. Where you select a particular services will receive that service, where you you select a flat rate we will determine the most suitable carrier for your parcel. Please note that all flat rate deliveries include Authority to Leave (ATL). If you prefer not to have ATL, please select an Australia Post service. If none of the available options meet your needs, contact us for a personalised shipping quote.
As shipping pricing has recently become even more complex we have introducted flate rates for everyone. These are as follows:

orders $35-$199.99 $10
orders over $200 Free
Orders to other states
Flat rate $29.99
Please be aware that we currently have a shipping limit of 12 rolls of filament per order. Orders exceeding this limit cannot be fulfilled. If you require more than 12 rolls, kindly place multiple orders.
